Although not squat proof, the underwear underneath isn't designed to be invisible. It's meant to increase comfort during exercise. And it does!(Darker colors are squat proof)If you ever ran track, you should be familiar with this template of attached underwear. The shorts are wrinkle prone but when you're working out I doubt you will care.I was between a size M and L. I ordered both and kept the large as the drawstrings allow for tightening.The pocket is nice but too small for my phone so I end up wearing a flipbelt anyway. Even if it did fit a phone, it would be too bouncy with the design.No holes or tears thus far. Although I've only used them a handful of times.I don't have to put them through the dryer as they dry quite fast when I hang them. So that could be a reason they are in such good shape too.I am going to order more as they do their job well and don't cost a fortune like bigger brands. I generally prefer shorts that fit my phone but these are more comfortable for me when I run and don't get wedgies or camel toe.I own many more expensive run I g shorts and these are my new favorites. They are super comfortable and the built in panties don’t ride up. Will be ordering more! Size M fits as expected.I'm getting a pair in every color!! There are two pockets, one internal and one external with zip. Both so small I'm not sure why they bothered with them. Definitely dont fit phones of any kind, maybe a key.The shorts fit slightly bigger, nothing terrible though as a size 14, 5'8 in height I found them a little bit large and the outer shorts didnt sit as neatly as I'd hoped.I'm using them, they do the job. Just a bit lacking in design.The colour isn’t a vibrant in person, it’s more of a darker green turquoise but still nice. Great qualityBought these a size bigger than I normally wear - if you are a lady with "normal" sized thighs these will not fit.Purfect. Nice and comfy, lightweight. I ended up wearing them most of my hols on beach, in the sea or pool and nice when walking.i ordered a large and im a size 14/16. Dry very quick. Loved the little pocket. Purfect for lighter and hotel key and money. Will be buying another pair.Runs a little on the small side but good material, easy to wash, doesn't show your knickers.
