To start I am 5’8” and about 165-170 pounds. I got the large and they fit great! They’re super stretchy and they aren’t too tight. I use them to lounge about so I haven’t worked out in them, but I feel like they’d perform well. The only downside to these is that they’ll roll up over time as I move about, but that’s not a bit issue for me. The length is really good (goes to about my mid thigh) so when they do roll up it’s not like anything is showing haha. They’re great under baggy hoodies or even under sweatpants. V happy and will likely be buying more colors later onI bought these as an alternative to the more expensive brands of biker shorts. They do have decent stretch, I'm around a size 8 or 9 in bottoms and a medium was perfect. However, I do have a coverage problem with the purple. A tad see through, so I wear an oversized shirt when wearing those. They do have a uh "camel toe" issue occasionally but once I rearrange the way they're on, it goes away. I think the best part about these is they STAY IN PLACE!! If you put them on, they ain't movin' sister. So a solid 4 out of 5 stars mostly for that see through problem and the occasional toe issue.So I bought the pack with the cream, red and blue ones. First of all these are really cute and comfy and for the price you get a good value . Only downside I would say is that the cream ones are not squat proof. So I had to wear these on upper body days or for lounging. Wear either a nude/white thong or go commando .Other than that these are great . Highly recommendI’m actually so surprised with the quality of this fit. The bottoms are squat proof and the material is great! The top is definitely light support but it’s great for just walking, lifting, stair master, etc.! For reference my measurements are bust:32” waist:25” hip:36” and I’m 5’6”. I bought a small top and medium bottom. I wouldn’t say the bottoms are loose on me - but there is room in the waist. My legs tend to be the reason I have to size up in most shorts and I’m happy I did with these but that’s just a preference, I hate compression on my legs/lower abs when I’m working out.The fit is great! Def. Worth it. The only downfall is the green shorts are actually blue. Therefore, the top pictured which I ordered to go with the shorts do not match. I returned it and they still sent blue shorts instead of green ones.This shorts are amazing. First, the quality is wayyyy better than you’d expect from Amazon! Second, they are the only squat proof shorts I’ve ever found for such a great price. These are actually truly squat proof. Not even the butt scrunch ones I ordered from this same brand were squat proof for me!! I love these so much. They are great for working out and for just chilling. They aren’t sweat proof but that has never bothered me. I’m a sweaty hooman. Lol!I ordered a medium. Though I normally buy things in small, I have gained some weight/muscle lately. Even still I recommend sizing up! I love my workout shorts to be tight and a medium accomplished this perfectly for me. Glad I took the advice of others here! The ONLY thing that some people may not prefer is that you do pretty much have to go commando in these. Any underwear will produce lines under these. I personally don’t mind though! The cut of these is very cameltoe-proof…LOL. Just trying to keep it real.Seriously order some. I’ve already bought 2 sets. I wear them pretty much every day.Obsessed. Wear them ALL the time. Great for workouts (strength/weight training, running, yoga), they don't roll up unless you're re-wearing them b/w washes (I was traveling and didn't want to overpack so I wore the same shorts for two runs and the second run they did slide up just a bit, but not drastically). Also great for just relaxing/hanging out with friends. They are super comfortable and flattering. They will always be athleisure if you're dressing them up, but they are very cute. The blue color is GORGEOUS! Very bright and poppy. I'm very very pale and this is one of those bright colors that makes me look sliiiightly more tan than I am lol. I have the matching bra, too and those are also awesome. Light/medium support.The only complaint from me is that the compression around your waistline is very firm, we love a snatched waist, but right below that heavy compression there is little/no compression so it does kiiinda accentuate the little bulge that all ladies have at the lower belly where uterus/extra fat is stored. Not a big enough accentuation for me to not love these shorts, though. My favorite shorts ever. I have two in black, one grey, and one blue - and I plan to get another 3-pack!The other colors are great for working out however the cream colored one is very see-through so beware! They fit great and are flattering though. I love my pair, so soft!
